U-Pick 2022

First year U-Picks are a wrap! A great afternoon of strolling through flowers, enjoying the sunshine turning to dusk and some yummy snacks. We couldn’t have asked for better subscribers for our first year.

Fall brings a lot of change on the farm. We dig up all the Sunflower root balls and put the lavender to bed, so to speak. We prune them down and cover the beds with mulch.

I am planning to add more flowers next year as we slowly grow the farm… ;)

I was thinking of what our “mission statement” is and I think it revolves around bringing a little joy to people through the beauty of flowers in their home. As I sit here in my kitchen, I have surrounded myself with several bouquets of the “leftovers”. Definitely makes me smile.
